We undertake the whole process: Register to the hospital, doctors' signatures & certificate issue from the medical services department of the Ministry of Health. More information: 24020340 Larnaca The whole process: 1. Sample collection For companies with more than 10 employees, our laboratory offers to collect the samples at your place of work. Companies with fewer employees can bring the specimens to one of our laboratory locations. 2. What you have to do Collect the stool sample (containers can be provided by the lab). Label the container with Name, Surname and Identity card number. Containers that are not labeled correctly will not be accepted. Bring a photocopy of your medical card (both sides). If you do not have a medical card you can bring your identity card or alien certificate of registration. 3. Analysis Sample processing and turn around time is 24 hours. 4. Registration with a public doctor and Issue of health certificate We undertake to go to the public hospital so that you or your employees do not waste time. The registration fee is €3 for those with a hospital medical card or €15 with an ID. The issue of a certificate costs €22. Once the certificate is ready, we will notify you by phone. 5. When do you pay for the certificate? Payment is made when submitting the sample (unless otherwise agreed). The total cost for certificates with a hospital medical card is €35, or for identity cardholders is €47.
